The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the Cision’s highest decision-making
forum. The shareholders exercise their influence over the company at the AGM and through the company’s nomination committee. Every share in Cision represents one vote at the AGM.
Shareholders attending the AGM 2007 and 2006 represented 31 and 27 percent, respectively, of the company’s total number of shares and votes.
