General VI Enhancements
New Geographic Analytics
Now you can filter Twitter (and forum posts with location fields) down to the state, and even to the city level! You can also see a graphical representation of those posts by country.
Have an event in New York City or London? It is now easy to drill down to see conversations about your brand in those locations. Want to check out Tweets in Europe or Asia? Our quick geo filtering options help you narrow results to those regions. If you prefer to narrow posts to those with GPS coordinates (typically an optional setting on mobile devices), that is an option as well.
Enhanced Log-In Security
We have modified log-in security protocols. Now, individuals get locked out after 6 failed login attempts within 24 hours. If you get locked out, customer support must be contacted to validate your identify and regain account access at email@example.com.
New Engagement Capabilities
Visible® clients who have access to Visible Intelligence Engagement now have some new features to explore. We have made it easier for you to scan content from your Twitter and Facebook accounts as well as your search queries. For clients curious about engagement, we would be happy to demonstrate how VI can help you proactively connect with your customers and prospects.
Introducing Configurable Streams to Quickly Scan Posts Most Important to You
Now, it is easier than ever to view content in side-by-side columns from your owned Twitter and Facebook accounts and saved search queries:
- Easily add streams from Inbox or Sent folder of Twitter handles and Facebook pages
- Easily add saved search queries
- View streams in side-by-side columns
- Set up your own, personalized streams based on your role or area of responsibility
- Drag and drop ordering of stream columns
Addition of New Search Within Engagement Folders (Inbox, Sent, Assigned, Archived)
You can now execute simple searches directly in your inbox, or other engagement folders. This makes it easy to quickly drill into posts about sub-topics or to simply find a particular post. You can also click on Most Prominent Terms for an instant view of related posts.
