AP Bureau Chief Anthony Marquez Passes

Cision Blog regrets to inform its readers that Anthony Marquez has passed away. Marquez began his career at the Associated Press in 1986 as a reporter before serving in various roles at San Jose Mercury News, West County Times and and Contra Costa Times. He returned to AP in 2000 as the assistant bureau chief in San Francisco. He then became the Los Angeles bureau chief in 2003.
