- David Crawshaw is WSJ’s new world editor for Asia, effective immediately. He oversees political, economic and general news from the region. Crawshaw has been with the Journal since 2009 and has worked in New York, London and Hong Kong in a variety of roles, including world news editor, markets news editor and deputy Asia business editor.
- Over at WSJ’s San Francisco bureau, Douglas MacMillan is switching beats and will now cover tech policy and economics. He had been on the startups and venture capital beat since 2013, when he joined the Journal.
