“With offices on multiple continents, we needed to increase global exposure and awareness of our solutions,” says Oana Leventi-Perez, marketing communications manager of PrimeRevenue.
“We used online news releases and worked closely with several key trade publications, but most of the PR activities were outsourced.”
It wasn’t enough. They wanted increased efficiency and better PR for less.
“So two years ago, we created an in-house PR team and added the Vocus PR Suite.”

“This solidifies us as a market leader in supply chain finance. That was our main objective. Now, reporters come to us when they have questions for our industry thought leaders or need comments about a story related to working capital solutions.”
PrimeRevenue appears in Global Trade Review thanks to Vocus.
PrimeRevenue has appeared in Global Finance Magazine, Global Trade Review, CFO Magazine and many other publications read by key industry players.
They use the PR Suite’s customizable analytics and monitoring to measure immediate and long-term results.
“I track the results to see how many recipients actually clicked,” Oana says. “We also look at our views by date and correlate the information with a specific announcement or event. It helps us constantly improve on past results.
“The analytics also enables us to review our results over the quarter and set benchmarks and plans for the future,” Oana says.
“Vocus is very user friendly and customizable. It’s automated so it definitely saves us a lot of time. It even finds content that the competition produces, which helps keep us on the leading edge.
“Our next goal is to receive constant coverage in general business and finance-oriented outlets such as CNBC, Financial Times and Wall Street Journal.
“Our Vocus database will help us identify key contacts at these outlets, engage them, understand the type of stories they cover and find a way we can incorporate our story into their beat,” Oana says.
“With the Vocus PR Suite, I’m confident that we’ll achieve those goals.”
