Kyle Trygstad is leaving his role as features editor at Roll Call to serve as editor for Hotline at National Journal effective November 30. Trygstad is replacing Scott Bland, who left Hotline for POLITICO. For daily coverage on politicians, pundits and polls, follow Hotline on Twitter.
