Joshua David Stein Resigns From New York Observer

Joshua David Stein has parted ways with The New York Observer. He had been serving as a restaurant critic for the paper since  January 2013, but has resigned over the publication’s Trump endorsement, following Ross Barkan’s lead. Stein has also worked  for Departures as senior travel editor, Out magazine as editor at large and as an editor for Gawker. As a freelance writer, his work has appeared in Edible Manhattan, New York, the Guardian and the New York Times. Follow The New York Observer on Twitter for the day’s top news stories.
