FOX News Channel has established a new specials division that will focus on long form programming. Michael S. Clemente will spearhead this new unit as executive vice president of opinion and primetime programming. In this new role, he will oversee all development and production as well as occasional special live events. With this change, Jay Wallace replaces Clemente and has been promoted as the new executive vice president of news and editorial, overseeing daytime weekday and weekend news shows. Wallace most recently served as senior vice president of news. Additionally, John Stack has been promoted to senior vice president of newsgathering.
