Sasha Frere-Jones Leaves Los Angeles Times

Sasha Frere-Jones has left Los Angeles Times after less than a year. He joined as the paper’s cultural critic-at-large in July 2015. It is reported by the Times spokesperson that Frere-Jones has left to pursue freelance opportunities and to focus on writing a book.
