Vogue México has named Karla Martinez its editor in chief. Martinez previously served as the associate editor having only been with the publication a little over a month. Prior to that, she worked for W, Interview, and T: The new York Times Style Magazine. Martinez replaces Kelly Talamas who has moved to the position of creative director for Vogue México. Talamas has been with the magazine since 2007 beginning as a fashion editor before she moved into the role of editor in chief in 2012. Follow Vogue México on Twitter.
