Heather Won Tesoriero has resigned from CBS Television Network to pursue a book project published by Ballantine Books. The narrative nonfiction titled “The Class” is set for publication in 2018. Won Tesoriero joined CBS as a producer in 2008 and most recently served as a health producer for CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley. Prior to this, she was a reporter at The Wall Street Journal for five years. Before that, she was a reporter at TIME and Newsweek. Follow CBS News on Twitter.
