Jodi Rudoren has been named editorial director for NYT Global, The New York Times’ efforts to expand its international audience and acquire new readers. Rudoren was most recently a deputy international editor since ending her tenure as bureau chief in Jerusalem. Rudoren replaces Lydia Polgreen as editorial director for NYT Global. Polgreen is now the editor in chief for The Huffington Post. Follow the New York Times on Twitter.
