CisionScoop: Keshia Clukey has joined the team at Newsday in Long Island as an education reporter covering pre-K-12 and higher education. She recently departed from POLITICO New York where she also served as education reporter.

CisionScoop: Rachael Ray Everyday has named a new lifestyle editor, Danielle Blundell. Its previous lifestyle editor, Jennifer Beck departed the magazine earlier this month. Danielle began working with Rachel Ray Everyday in 2017 as the home and market editor.

CisionScoop: Cheddar anchor Kori Hale has co-founded a new media company that will provided business and financial news to black professionals called CultureBanxShe will also serve as lead reporter for the website.

Early Start and New Day producer Veronica Bautista has been named a producer at CNN‘s Washington bureau. She served as Early Start’s producer for a year, and prior to that was a producer for Fusion for three years.

Vanity Fair welcomed a new director of editorial operations, Caryn Prime. She was previously the managing editor of Coveteur, where she had worked since June 2017.

Ryan Knutson, a telecommunications reporter with the Wall Street Journal is leaving the newsroom and stepping into a corporate position at Dow Jones working on strategic media partnerships. He will work with tech companies such as Apple, Google, and Facebook. h/t Talking Biz News

The Colorado Springs radio station, KRCC‘s Mountain West Collaborative brought on a new reporter, Ali Budner. She will cover politics, issues with water & land as well as western heritage and culture. Budner joins KRCC after most recently serving as a freelance reporter covering the state of California.

General manager Grant Moise has been named president and publisher of the Dallas Morning News. He had served as general manager for one year, and he will continue to serve as executive vice president of A.H. Belo Corporation, the parent county of the Dallas Morning News.

Bloomberg News said goodbye to deals editor Devin Banerjee, who is departing to join LinkedIn as senior news editor of financial services. He worked at Bloomberg News since 2011 where he had also previously served as deals and investing reporter. h/t Talking Business News

Chris Messick has departed from WJZ-TV in Baltimore where he served as a producer. He has joined WPVI 6ABC in Philadelphia as news producer. Prior to working at WJZ-TV, he also worked for WBOC-TV in Salisbury, Maryland for three years.
