CisionScoopAlison Ives has joined Girlboss as branded content editor.  She comes to Girlboss after more than four years at Refinery29, where she most recently served as fashion editor. She has spent her entire career at R29, joining the outlet as an editorial assistant in 2014, later serving as assistant fashion editor and associate fashion editor. 

New York magazine has welcomed Irin Carmon as senior correspondent. She was previously a contributor for The Washington Post, where she worked on the investigation of Charlie Rose. She also co-authored a biography of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Carmon has also reported for MSNBC and NBC News.

The London bureau of The Washington Post has welcomed Isaac Stanley-Becker as reporter for WaPo's Morning Mix covering a variety of news topics. He has interned twice at paper, covering politics for the national desk in 2016 and Germany for the foreign desk in 2017. Stanley-Becker has also written for The Wall Street Journal, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. 

CBS This Morning Saturday has added two co-hosts alongside Anthony Mason: Michelle Miller and Dana Jacobson. In addition to becoming CBS This Morning: Saturday co-hosts, both will continue to report for all CBS News platforms and broadcasts. Miller joined CBS News in 2004, and regularly appears on the CBS Evening News, CBS This Morning, CBS Sunday Morning and 48 Hours. Jacobson joined CBS Sports in 2013, and has been contributing to CBS News programs since 2015 as a substitute anchor for CBS This Morning, CBS This Morning: Saturday, and anchored on CBSN.

Patricia Callahan will join ProPublica as senior reporter covering business. She will start on Aug. 31. Callahan is currently an investigative news reporter for the Chicago Tribune and has been with the paper since 2006. Prior to that, she worked for The Wall Street Journal.

Reporter Melanie Lawder has left the Milwaukee Business Journal. She has covered education, retail, and banking of the Journal since she joined the staff in 2016. Lawder has previously reported for the Wausau Daily Herald and the Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune. 

Tracey Eyers has joined BuzzFeed as executive producer for the PROFILE by BuzzFeed News vertical. She was previously an executive producer for NBC, and before that spent four years at Tribune Broadcasting as producer for the Dr. Steve Show.

Sandhill Media Corp and country radio KUPI-FM Idaho Falls have welcomed Jeff Roper as program/music director and morning host. He comes from KCYY-FM in San Antonio, Texas, where he served as the assistant program director and morning host. Prior to that, Roper worked for KFXE-FM in Ingram, Texas. 

San Diego's KFMB-FM  on-air personality Shelly Dunn has announced her retirement from the station. Dunn is part of the Dave, Shelly and Chainsaw morning program, and has been with the show for 28 years. She has been in the radio business for almost four decades.
