Condé Nast has named Lindsay Peoples Wagner editor in chief of Teen Vogue, effective Oct. 18.  She will oversee digital, social, video and events including the Teen Vogue Summit. Peoples Wagner succeeds Phillip Picardi who is leaving later this month to helm OUT magazine. Peoples Wagner is wrapping up her duties as fashion editor of The Cut, a position she has held since 2015. Her writing has gained traction for focusing on race, culture and politics through the lens of fashion and beauty.

The Columbian, the daily newspaper in Vancouver, Washington, has hired an editor and a reporter, both joining the business desk:

  • Allan Brettman is the paper's new business editor. He was previously a freelance writer, and before that spent 15 years at The Oregonian as a reporter.
  • Anthony Macuk has joined the staff as a business reporter. He comes from the Lake Oswego Review, where he was a reporter and then assistant editor.

Central Penn Business Journal managing editor Cathy Hirko now also oversees the Lehigh Valley Business Journal as managing editor. She has been with Central Penn since 2016. Joel Berg, Central Penn's editor since 2015, now also oversees Lehigh Valley Business Journal as editor. h/t Talking Biz News
