Sarkes Tarzian Inc. owned station, WTTS-FM in Bloomington, IN, has recently made a few staff changes. This includes the appointment of Amber Hoback to music director and mid-day host of the station. She is currently the program director and mid-day host for KRSH-FM in Santa Rosa, CA. She starts her new position Dec. 3. This closely follows the promotion of Laura Duncan to program director and PM on air personality.
