· Clyde McGrady has joined Roll Call’s Heard on the Hill column as a writer. He previously covered mergers and acquisitions, SEC, and the Federal Reserve for the CQ legal team since 2015.
· Kathryn Lyons has also joined Roll Call's Heard on the Hill column covering politics and Capitol Hill. She previously spent two years as the managing editor of FamousDC and before that worked for NBC News.
· Katharine Lackey has joined as editor at large for CQ editorial and the CQ Now team. She spent the last eight years at USA Today, most recently as the Money NOW editor.
Liz Kelly Nelson is the new editorial director of Vox Podcasts. She was most recently the strategic content development VP at USA Today Network and had been with the company since 2015. Before that Nelson was the managing editor at the Desert Sun and a columnist/blogger at the Washington Post.
City Journal has hired Charles McElwee as assistant editor. He previously was a freelance writer in Pennsylvania, and his work has appeared on The American Conservative, The Atlantic and National Review Online. City Journal is written for policy makers as a forum for discussing topics important to urban policy.
Longtime reporter Anna Gorman has left Kaiser Health News to join the Los Angeles County health department as director of community partnerships and programs. Gorman most recently served as senior health correspondent for Kaiser Health News and before that spent almost 15 years at the Los Angeles Times.
Fox News Channel has promoted Jedediah Bila to co-host of “Fox & Friends Weekend.” She has will co-host with Pete Hegseth and a rotating third co-host. Bila has filled in on the program as a guest co-host and joined Fox in 2018 after two years as a co-host of “The View” on ABC.
Kurt Wagner has joined Bloomberg as a San Francisco-based technology reporter covering social media and Facebook. He comes from Recode, where he spent almost 15 years, most recently as a senior editor covering big tech companies. Before that he reported for Fortune magazines and USA Today.
WNYC-FM public radio in New York has launched “The Stakes,” a bi-weekly podcast about social change and what it takes to create social change. The program covers democracy, healthcare, pop culture, the environment, and society, and is hosted by Kai Wright. He is also the host of “The Narrative Unit” on WNYC and a longtime contributor to The Nation.
