Charlotte Owen has relocated to New York as Bustle’s editorial director. She was most recently the executive editor of Bustle UK, where she grew the site’s audience to over 6 million unique monthly visitors, making it the largest website speaking to 18 to 34-year-old women in the UK. Before that, Owen worked for Vanity Fair as a digital strategy editor, and has also contributed to Vogue, The Independent, and Country and Town House.
Axios has appointed Kyle Daly as technology editor. He comes from POLITICO, where he most recently served as deputy tech editor. Before that, he spent two years at Bloomberg BNA as senior reporter. Daly has also contributed to The AV Club and has served as a reporter for SNL Financial.
Rishi Lyengar is the new editor for CNN Business in San Francisco. He was most recently the India editor at the outlet and wrote stories on India and its economy across business, technology, and entrepreneurship. Before that, Lyengar worked for TIME as a reporter.

Tanisha Pina has joined Nylon as beauty editor, where she also covers wellness topics. She was most recently a brand manager at Warby Parker and has also covered fashion and beauty as a freelancer for Fashionista, Glamour, Allure, Teen Vogue, The Zoe Report, The Cut, and more.
Rob Walker has relocated to Washington D.C. where he works as a freelance journalist for UK national newspapers. He covers culture and lifestyle, including actors, comedians, musicians, photographers, and authors, especially if they are about to embark on a UK tour or open a new show. Curtain raiser articles for new US exhibitions, films, and plays are also welcome.
WLS-TV, the ABC affiliate in Chicago, has promoted Jesse Kirsch to general assignment reporter. He was previously a digital reporter for the station and has been on staff since 2017, when ABC hired him straight out of school. Prior to that, Kirsch was the news director and anchor for Northwestern News Network.
Mariana Dale has joined KPCC-AM, Southern California public radio, as a reporter covering early childhood education. She was most recently a senior field correspondent at KJZZ-AM public radio in Phoenix, Arizona. Dale has also served as an education reporter and online editor at Arizona Public Media, Tucson's NPR and PBS affiliate, and as education reporter at the Arizona Daily Star.
NBC-owned WFIE-TV in Evansville, Indiana, has recruited Katie Tercek as a reporter. She was previously a multimedia journalist and news director at SBU-TV in St. Bonaventure, New York, where she reported in news around Cattaraugus Country.
