In it she speaks to experts and high profile household names who share their own experiences of sadness and what helped them through it. Helen is now available for media interviews and commissions and can write about why sadness matters; how most of us have a phobia of it; the downsides of the ‘I’m FINE!’ generation; how crying helps us; why love hurts; and what to do when we're sad.
