Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • This position will support all finance team activities.
  • Responsible for month end closing cycle to ensure an effective, accurate and timely month end close and accounting process for local and overseas entities.
  • Perform daily accounting operations including invoicing, follow up account receivable and payable
  • Handle bank reconciliation and monitor cashflow
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Assist in year-end audit
  • Assist to oversee and handle the financial operations local & subsidiary companies in the Asia countries including GST returns, tax matters and audit matters
  • Perform other duties & ad hoc assignment as necessary and/or assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • University degree holder in finance or accounting preferred.
  • 2-3 years working experience with solid finance & accounting experience in Multinational or sizable companies.
  • Familiar in MS Excel
  • Knowledge in Netsuite will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, initiated and have a good sense of responsibility.
  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
