We’re currently looking for a  Client Success Specialist to join the team.

The Client Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring our existing and new clients continue to see value in our products. The Client Success team allows our clients to gain maximum value of our solutions while identifying new usage opportunities.

You’ll be tasked to…

  • Be a trusted advisor and advocate for 50-70 of our clients
  • Engage clients actively with regular strategy calls to maximize value from their investment in the Cision platform while identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adoption and successful renewal
  • Determine customer goals and collaborate on customized inbound strategic plans while driving customer accountability
  • Monitor customer health and build support plans accordingly
  • Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right internal resources
