We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to an exciting role at a successful company!  

We are now expanding our Nordic Customer Support team in Stockholm and are looking for a service-oriented and responsible colleague who wants to deliver world-class service to our exciting customers! It is a challenging role where you are a central part of the business and work with some of the largest companies in Sweden - our customers are stock-listed companies, authorities and organizations. 

In the role as a Customer Support Agent, you will work with:

  • Handling of incoming cases from customers by phone and email but also from colleagues internally 
  • Educate customers in our systems, both through personal meetings and over the web, as well as continuous work with guidance and consultation
  • Technical support and troubleshooting in the system 
  • Other administrative tasks 
  • The assignment includes our entire product portfolio and you will have the opportunity to work with disseminating press releases, media monitoring, database updates and website solutions 

Suitable profile:

  • Previous experience of working in a service-focused role and you appreciate daily customer contact 
  • Has an interest in working in different technical platforms and are a quick learner 
  • Like problem solving and have a solution-oriented attitude when it comes to service 
  • Ability to work under pressure towards very short deadlines 
  • Are orderly, thorough, responsible and committed to your work 
  • Fluent in English and Swedish in speech as well as in writing 
  • It is meritorious if you understand Norwegian, Danish or Finnish
