One of Cision’s strategic priorities is to simplify and integrate our business operations across all global lines of businesses. As part of this strategic initiative, we are deploying a global instance of NetSuite to support our Accounting and Finance Teams. As a Senior ERP Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in this initiative and help design the delivery of Cision’s global Accounting Model and help provide insight to Senior Leadership the value of the NetSuite roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly visible global implementation and shape the ERP strategy and roadmap.

How you'll help us:

  • Translate business requirements to functional/technical specifications in deploying end to end solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Cision’s global ERP systems, billing systems, and other integrated software components
  • Use your high-level perspective to define goals and create a vision for development projects
  • Create/maintain the list of backlog items to prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives
  • Analyze current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements
  • Be the primary liaison between finance teams and IT/development teams across all countries
  • Ensure business and IT transformation projects are aligned with business goals; ensuring alignment of processes across regions
  • Drive end to end testing and validation of new and existing functionality; ensuring the solutions deliver expected Finance outcomes and goals
  • Establish a shared vision across the Finance teams by building consensus on priorities leading to enhancements execution across the NetSuite Platform
  • Leading the ideation, business justification and prioritization of new projects across international Finance teams
  • Work and lead in an Agile environment

You'll be a fit if you have:

  • Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Business Analyst or relevant experience
  • Have a solid understanding of Accounting/Finance practices such as Deferred Revenue and Order to Cash
  • Experience driving process transformation/simplification across international finance functions.
  • Experience working with a NetSuite Order to Cash process
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS industry at a global scale is a strong plus
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and database management
  • Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen, ability to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirements
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-pace work environment
  • Experience working in an agile development methodology a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Experience with process flow diagraming and tools such as Visio
