As a member of the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team you will support much of the HR Operations for the Cision company brands across several EMEA markets including the UK, Bulgaria, Germany and The Nordics. You will be based in our Sofia office and will be joining a team that is supporting and collaborating with teams across EMEA as well as working very closely with stakeholders globally and regionally.
As an HR Operations Team Lead, you will play a key role in organising and maintaining the personnel records within the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), as well as, supporting the market HR teams with the coordination and optimisation of market HR, compensation and benefits processes. You will also provide HR generalist support to the Cision managers and colleagues based in the Sofia location which has high growth plans. This role will play a key role in supporting the expansion and onboarding processes for this location.

What you'll do
Reporting into the Director of C&B with a dotted line to the Cision market HRLeads for Germany and the UK you will be responsible for managing and leading a growing team currently of 2 Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Coordinators, located in Sofia;
Oversee the HR, payroll and benefits administration and processing in UK, Germany, Sweden, Finland and France as well as having responsibility for your own market (Sofia);
Oversee and assist with the employee onboarding/employment change/offboarding processes;
Run regular basic reports from the HRIS system and distribute to the HR team where necessary;
Assist with continuous personnel analysis, with an emphasis on salary benchmarking and alignment and cost of benefits;
Ensure compliance with the Cision group compensation guidelines and strategies;
Lead and support projects across the C&B team;
Continually look to streamline, improve and centralise processes;
Create and maintain Standard Operating procedures;
Work with the Falcon C&B Coordinator to provide HR generalist support for the Cision employees based in Sofia;
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and vendors. Support the HR team with general administration and reporting as necessary;
Deal with basic employee enquiries related to benefits, HR policies and payroll, directly or referring to appropriate member of the HR team.
What you'll need
Excellent English speaking and writing skills – Cision and Falcon's company language is English;
A relevant bachelor's degree (or higher), and more than 3 years of experience working within HR, Compensation & Benefits and payroll experience is also preferable;
Experience of hands-on people management and development;
Experience working with ERP systems;
Experience with payroll processing;
An analytical mindset with a desire to fulfil tasks in a detail-oriented way;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
An ability to hit the ground running and work independently.
