Our HR team is excited to be searching for an HR Partner (
maternity cover until December 2021)
located in Sofia, to join our global and ambitious team at Falcon (a Cision Group company).
We’re looking for a colleague who is organized and efficient, experienced in a generalist HR role, who will be a fun and sociable part of the team. As you will be communicating daily with employees, managers, senior management and external partners, we need someone with extraordinary communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. You will report into our Senior HR Manager, located in Copenhagen, as part of our EMIA HR team. Together we strive to deliver outstanding HR services to
's employees located in Copenhagen, Berlin, Budapest, Sofia, Chennai and Melbourne.
What you’ll do:
Build strong relationships with managers and staff to deliver end-to-end HR processes and guidance to our teams across offices.
Support and facilitate global HR activities, including onboarding, development, leadership coaching, the annual performance cycle, and engagement surveys.
Ensure the development, communication and application of local HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, etc. to leverage expertise, systems, and processes in support of business needs.
Identify and act on data trends and metrics emerging within People & Culture, extending to involvement in broader departmental projects and initiatives.
What you’ll need:
At least 2-3 years of experience working as a HR Business Partner or similar in a hyper-growth and/or multinational organization, founded on a university education in a relevant field (HRM, Psychology, etc.)
The proven ability to build partnerships, engage with insecurity and hold a strong advisory voice throughout multiple levels and departments of a company.
Clear commercial savviness and a good understanding of how different functional areas of HR can add value to a business.
The ability to communicate effectively across different levels in the organization – globally and locally.
Broad knowledge of Bulgarian Labour Law, policies and practices. Experience with Hungarian Labour Law is a plus.
Written and verbal English skills on native or equivalent level.
