As the HRIS Administrator you will act as the lead functional and technical resource supporting our global instance of Ultipro. This position serves as technical point-of-contact for HR functional areas and is responsible for the integrity and reliability of HR systems. You will work with and support local HR resources to administer and maintain our global instance of Ultipro and related applications (Lever, Culture Amp).You will work closely with the various IT & InfoSec teams to expand the capability of the global HRIS within Cision technology and security standards.  

In this role, you will align with the HRIS director on business objectives and partner with other HR and IT professionals to drive these objectives.  

This is an opportunity to leverage your hands-on technical experience managing a SaaS global HR systems and be part of a growing global team.  

You will help us by:

  • Administering and maintaining the company’s Human Resource Information Systems with a strong focus on configurations and administration of the core HCM system (UltiPro) 
  • Developing and configure technical products/solutions to support business requirements 
  • Analyzing user’s requests, identifying problems, researching solutions, and resolving technical problems as needed for the wide variety of applications and systems supported within the company 
  • Performing business process configuration for modified or new business processes within HCM system, including security and security controls to ensure appropriate access to functionality for users and monitor appropriate data security. 
  • Monitoring HR needs and design new or modify existing systems. 
  • Developing and driving technical roadmap for HRIS 
  • Maintaining data in systems and performing audits to keep information clean. 
  • Finalizing systems vendors and implementation providers, developing RFP / RFQ for services, analyzing capabilities, negotiating fees, and overseeing projects. 

You will be a good fit if you have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business, or relevant fields
  • 4+ years of experience in robust HRIS administration & development roles 
  • Hands on experience administering and development HRIS system (UltiPro, Workday, PeopleSoft etc.) in a global environment 
  • Hands-on experience with expanding SaaS application - Strong SQL, Programming, and Report Writing skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environments
  • Understanding of Payroll, HR, Benefits functionality and applications
  • Knowledge of Cognos report writing
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with, manage and influence senior leadership verbally and in writing
  • A technical mindset, including analysis, math and statistics skills, and report writing
  • Strong detail-orientation with an emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture and create broad-based solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest degree of security and confidentiality of information

You will be a great fit if you also have the following:

  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • Knowledge leading HCM systems (Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, etc.)
  • API experience and experience in an agile environment
