We value open people who take initiative and aren’t afraid to fail, learn from mistakes, adjust, and try to get better at what they do every day. is looking for an Inside Sales Operations Specialist to focus on the planning, analysis, playbook creation, and process development that will allow our Inside Sales teams to scale and hit their targets. 

In order for Falcon to scale to the next level, you’ll be the driving force behind process optimization, performance management analytics, trend analysis, forecasting and planning,  and enabling the team to work with the latest technologies and tools. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Inside Sales Managers (ISMs), as well as the Commercial Enablement team charged with implementing standardized training at scale.  

You’ll be joining the Commercial Operations department, which is a global, cross-functional unit with experts working on strategy, commercial systems tooling, Sales, CX, and Marketing operations.  

What you'll do:

  • Be the point of contact for the Inside Sales teams for anything related to Commercial Operations 
  • Create reports with inside sales metrics and make sure the underlying data is correct to inform decision making and planning 
  • Own and support all relevant tooling, including sales engagement software, to drive continuous improvements in our outbound campaigns and processes 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of SDRs and ISMs, assisting the Enablement team in creating playbooks for their continuous improvement 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Inside Sales commission, and verify monthly payouts 
  • Facilitate efficient collaborations between Sales & Marketing and Enablement. 
  • Optimize our process when passing and working leads throughout the sales process

  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Excel or related tooling

  • A team player mindset and the motivation to become a valuable contributor 
  • Relevant education and/or professional qualification within business or technology and ideally experience with process improvements and tooling.
