Your work assignments
Cision's finance department consists of a total of 6 people: CFO, accounting manager, accounts payable accountant and accounts receivable team that consists of 3 people. In the role of a junior accountant, you will work closely with the accounting manager. You will handle Cision's finance-related matters for  business entities in Sweden, Norway, Finland. You will also be given the opportunity to be a part of projects to help streamline and modernize the finance function. The systems we use are Visma Control, DCE, Readsoft and Netsuite. There will also be opportunity for gradually increased responsibility within the department. 

Your main tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all processes regarding Accounts Payable
  • Maintain contact with suppliers regarding invoices and payments
  • Administration of supplier agreements
  • Administration of employee expense accounting
  • Reconciliations of balance accounts

Your qualifications

  • We see that you have at least a high school education in economics or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience of similar work in Finance
  • Swedish and English fluent in speech and writing

Meritorious

  • Experience of Visma Control/Netsuite
  • Experience with Accounts Payable
