The Product Services Trainer is responsible for the improvement and enablement of our US Customer Service and Support (CSS) Teams, specifically around new hire onboarding and product releases. 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate new hire sessions for CSS teams from day one until onboarding is complete
  • Conduct cross-training sessions as requested by CSS leadership
  • Provide feedback and coaching to learners
  • Partner with SMEs and CSS leaders to provide updates to training materials
  • Develop effective and engaging training learning solutions
  • Be a subject matter expert on Cision's products, services and processes
  • Maintain our internal knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Growth mindset and ability to deliver and receive feedback
  • Ability to effectively analyze and present data with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and relate complex technical content
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and teams
  • Experience with coaching or mentoring preferred
  • Expert knowledge of Cision PR Edition, CisionPoint and Cision Communications Cloud preferred
  • Training experience a plus
