We are currently looking for a professional to support the Commercial Operations’ Enablement team in Sofia as we strive to put our colleagues in the best position to close deals.
In this role you will be the central point of contract toward everything related to the bid proposal process, providing answers to technical product, compliance, information security and process questions submitted by our customers. You will oversee the process, seek input from the different subject matter experts (SMEs), join customer calls, as well as develop and maintain detailed knowledge on the different areas related to proposals.
You will be reporting to the Sales Enablement Team Lead within the Commercial Operations Department, a global, cross functional unit working with all commercial teams on enablement, strategy, processes, tooling and forecasting.
What you'll do:
Serve as the central point of contact for all request for proposal (RFP) activities – from initial receipt to satisfied completion – to ensure an on-time and accurate submission
Ensure timely delivery of compliant, commercially sound and professionally-produced proposals and bids – regularly managing overlapping or conflicting deadlines
Contribute to continuous improvement and development of proposal management best practices, creating and maintaining a knowledge repository of winning proposal documents & templates, estimation frameworks, and delivery methodologies
Coordinate with SMEs (legal, product, technical, privacy, information security) to handle information requests from prospects and customers
Compile content/input from all team members into the final response, taking responsibility for the overall quality of the document
Provide information for standard questions (legal, product, technical, privacy, information security), and develop high quality, compliant responses that put Falcon in the best position to win
Develop a deep practical and working knowledge of the Falcon suite of products, as well as the company’s security, privacy, and compliance protocols
Provide status and metric reporting on key performance indicators for senior leadership to leverage
Participate in customer calls to support Sales in getting the deal closed
You might be a good fit if you have:
Have three or more years experience managing multiple bids and providing winning responses related to technical RFPs, compliance and information security is a pre
Have experience or understanding of compliance or information security
Have the confidence to hold SMEs (including senior executives) accountable for their contribution to ensure timely submission of an RFP response
Excellent English written communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize among multiple, competing, high-priority responses
Familiarity with proposal management systems a plus
History of working in a team environment under pressure
Superior project and time management skills
Possess a deep technical curiosity
Flexibility to work across time zones and geographies, as needed
