The RFP Coordinator oversees the development of proposals, bids, quotes, RFP responses, Information Security assessments, and other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from current and prospective clients. This role will manage and meet proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for incoming requests. Strong communication skills are a must to collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. The RFP Coordinator will establish and maintain a repository of templates, standard language, question and answer pairs, and other data resources to create high-quality and accurate responses. The individual will be expected to make recommendations based on results of win-loss analysis enable by this tracking.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the overarching lifecycle of information security questionnaires and RFPs from client organizations – manage RFP.io, and coordinate with other departments to escalate appropriate questions in a timely manner
  • Act as a resource for Sales and subject matter experts within the business in Canada, the US and parts of EMEA
  • Manage multiple projects each much with varying timelines, and establish and communicate commercial requirements and turnaround times for each project with Sales Management
  • Maintain appropriate KPIs around win-loss metrics, and make informed decisions on RFP strategy

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Information Security, or experience working in the InfoSec space
  • Experience managing the RFP process
  • Exposure to RFP.io, Salesforce and similar software
  • Experience building and managing processes, and developing communications and training plans
  • Organization, with the ability to work cross-functionally, coordinate appropriate resources and manage projects on strict timelines
