Cision’s Sales Enablement Team orchestrates sales excellence by driving talent, message, organizational and pipeline enablement initiatives that drive measurable commercial outcomes. One of the pivotal ways we do this is through the creation and delivery of online sales learning programs. To this end, the Sales Enablement Instructional Designer will own our sales readiness platform, Brainshark, including its administration, user adoption/optimization, and content development to support our overall “One Cision” global strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Enablement, the instructional designer will grow our online program to serve sales learners globally. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Owns administrative needs for Brainshark globally to ensure cleanliness and strong reporting cadence 
  • Owns content creation, governance structure, and enforcement of best practices globally  
  • Partners with Sales Leaders and SMEs across the organization to design, develop and deliver online learning content (online courses, videos, documents) and programs to meet new hire onboarding and ongoing learning needs 
  • Partners with Sales Enablement team, Marketing, Customer Success, and HR to identify, prioritize and execute content creation and programs to meet sales training needs 
  • Champions a culture of learning at Cision 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience managing an LMS or sales readiness platform 
  • Demonstrated experience creating learning content  
  • Experience working with Sales teams or as an individual Sales contributor  
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English 
  • Ability to work independently on tight deadlines 
  • Experience designing, writing, and developing effective online learning content  
  • Expert knowledge of Sales tech tools like Brainshark and Highspot  
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization both vertically and horizontally  
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow  
  • Mastery of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)  
  • Demonstrated experience using video editing and e-Learning software 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Experience building curricula and courses preferred
