Cision’s Sales Enablement Team orchestrates sales excellence by driving talent, message, organizational and pipeline enablement initiatives that produce measurable commercial outcomes. One of the pivotal ways we do this is through the creation and delivery of sales learning programs in partnership with Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Leadership. To this end, the Sales Enablement Specialist will own our message and pipeline enablement activities including “Selling the Cision Way” and GTM campaigns to support our overall “One Cision” global strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Enablement, the Sales Enablement Specialist will execute programs that are engaging, that hold our teams accountable, and that measurably accelerate commercial growth.
You'll help us with:
Leverages deep experience in Sales to independently design, develop and evaluate success of our message and pipeline enablement initiatives
Partners with SMEs across the organization to deliver blended learning content (online courses, videos, documents, VILT, ILT) and programs on a wide range of industry, product and process-related topics
Partners with our Onboarding and Marketing teams to train both new sales hires and current sales teams based on strategic priorities
Partners with and assists managers in identifying, prioritizing and executing programs to meet sales training needs
Works closely with Product Marketing to develop and rollout continuous learning programs focused on product certification and product launches
Builds training programs with defined and measurable KPIs to show ROI and overall impact on the business
Champions a culture of learning at Cision
You'll be a good fit if you:
4+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Teaching, Corporate Training, or a related field
Demonstrated passion for coaching, learning, and development
Experience working with Sales teams or as an individual Sales contributor
Strong verbal and written skills in English
Experience presenting to small and large groups
Ability to influence others, especially leadership
Experience facilitating learning
Basic knowledge and experience with Sales tech tools, especially Brainshark and Highspot
Interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization both vertically and horizontally
Experience responding to changing work priorities, pressures, and demands
Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow
Mastery of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and willingness to learn video editing and e-Learning design
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience building curricula and courses preferred
Experience with e-Learning design and development an asset
