Cision’s Sales Enablement Team orchestrates sales excellence by driving talent, message, organizational and pipeline enablement initiatives that produce measurable commercial outcomes. One of the pivotal ways we do this is through the creation and delivery of sales learning programs in partnership with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations and Sales Leadership. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be an essential member of the Sales Enablement team and will collaborate closely with team members to deliver a culture of learning for sales representatives in the Americas. The specialist will do so based on clear metrics for success, using innovative L&D techniques, and fostering strong relationships, all of which will accelerate commercial growth. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director, Sales Enablement to deliver blended learning content (online courses, videos, documents, VILT, ILT) on a wide range of industry, product, skills and process-related topics
  • Program coordination including scheduling, sequencing, and designing the experience of each learning session 
  • Develop efficient processes to communicate clearly with sales managers on program expectations and create a continuous feedback loop for ongoing improvement 
  • Live Training facilitation, both virtually and in person 
  • Create resources and content for sales reps and organize it for efficient use by teams 
  • In partnership with Director, Sales Enablement, liaise with Sales Operations to track and measure program and sales rep performance to demonstrate ROI of enablement programming 
  • Team up with instructional designer and SMEs to create new learning content  
  • Deliver continuous iterative improvements to respond to changing needs and opportunities 
  • Advocate relentlessly for a customer-centric enablement programs 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Customer Success/Support, Sales, or Learning & Development. 
  • Familiarity with the communications industry or the willingness to put the time in to becoming fluent  
  • Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams  
  • Effective written communication to translate complex concepts into easily digestible content  
  • Avid attention to detail, and strong time management skills, even in the face of ambiguity 
  • Engaging presentation skills  
  • Experience analyzing and using data to identify gaps and needs  
  • Experience with Sales tech tools, such as Brainshark and Highspot, preferred 
  • Experience responding to changing work priorities, pressures, and demands 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
