is a Danish born social media management platform rapidly expanding our presence in the North American market with focus on scaling our sales teams in the NYC office. The New Hire Trainer will be responsible for managing a team of sales development reps whose primary focus will be on opportunity generation in the North American Market based in NYC. You'll help us with:
Champion a culture of learning at Falcon.
Partner with and assist managers in identifying and prioritizing employee training needs.
Onboard new hires and provide additional support with ongoing trainings throughout their ramping period.
Translate feedback from trainees and leadership into continuous improvements to Falcon’s onboarding program.
Partner closely with commercial leaders to identify areas of opportunity with individual and team performance.
Collaborates with internal SMEs to prepare ongoing training materials as needed/when needed, (online courses, videos, documents, role playing, tip sheets, tests, etc.)
Partner with online learning specialist to host all digital trainings in our online LMS
Engages with commercial leadership to define, measure and optimize training KPIs to show ROI and overall impact to the business
Collaborate cross-functionally as the US point of contact for all product and feature releases
You'll be a good fit in you have:
1-2 years experience in learning and development, sales enablement or training
Personal experience in a sales or customer service position is a plus
Ability to design training programs and create relevant content in a variety of formats is required
Experience utilizing an online Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred
Strong presentation skills are required
Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
Strong listening and verbal communication skills are essential
Interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues at all levels and across all departments is required
Must be adaptable and flexible with an ability to respond to changing work priorities, pressures and demands
Functional knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), video editing software, design tools is an asset
Better-than-average organizational skills is a true asset
Fluency in verbal and written English is required
Additional training certification is a plus
