As a Salesforce Developer at, you will be responsible for collaborating with other Commercial Systems team members on delivering projects and technical solutions within Salesforce using Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. As well as act as an in-house technical consultant to ensure best practices and provide mentorship. Salesforce is at the center of our commercial engine, hence the primary focus on Salesforce. However, this role also involves work with related tools from our whole commercial ecosystem. 

As part of the Commercial Systems team you will be joining the wider Commercial Operations department (Comm Ops) which is a cross departmental unit working with all commercial teams on optimizing the business. You will work closely with the wider Comm Ops team on translating requirements from business stakeholders (e.g. Sales, CX, Marketing, Finance) by doing system enhancements, process improvements as well as work on exciting projects that can span from operational implementations to strategic initiatives set to drive additional revenue growth for the company. has an ethos of encouraging autonomy, we value open people who take initiative and aren’t afraid to fail, learn from mistakes, adjust, and try to get better at what they do every day. 

What you'll do:

  • You will be reporting directly into the Manager of Commercial Systems who sits in our Copenhagen office. 
  • You will take on the shared responsibility of the Commercial Systems team to administer and maintain our Salesforce instance. Primary focus on system enhancements and customization through configuration of the tool.   
  • Work with a state-of-the-art commercial system setup (incl. Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, SalesLoft, and Looker) and identify new and creative ways to leverage our commercial systems and data to increase efficiency and drive growth.
  • Work closely with wider Comm Ops team to analyze if our processes and tooling are ensuring efficiency and data reliability. Then design and roll out new initiatives and system changes that fit current and upcoming business needs.
  • Ensure data validity by understanding our data model and structure, monitoring and doing data checks on existing data when needed be. Furthermore, ensure data integrity by maintaining solid system setup, well thought through data integrations and installed packages.  
  • Supportive duties can be twofold: 1) Towards Comm Ops team members where you’ll act as a technical consultant/advisor, and 2) Provide global front-line user support - for any system issues that might stem from pre-established deliverables and infrastructure. 
  • Assist with other operations deliverables, as needed.
  • In this role you will be given the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions that drive our commercial engine.

  • Capability of working in a complex, fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and contribute to business solutions.
  • Interest in technology and a true CRM believer.  
  • Logical, process-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.   
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. And you don’t mind communicating online and with people from different backgrounds.  
  • Relevant degree and/or professional qualification within business and/or technology. A mix of both (e.g. Business IT) would be preferred.  
  • 3+ years of experience with administering and developing a Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud) through configuration and customization.  
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote Software).  
  • Ability to critically review existing system setup, recognize and make tooling or process improvements where needed.   
  • An eye for details and the ability to maintain consistent, correct data across multiple systems.  
  • Data analytical skills with good understanding of data structures and data modeling.
  • Ideal candidate would have strong technical background and good overall understanding of business processes and IT infrastructure. Knowledge about API Integrations would be preferred. 

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning (LEX) platform and capabilities.  
  • Any relevant Salesforce certification (e.g. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, System/Technical Architect certificates).  
  • Experience with APEX, Java and/or HTML, Triggers, Visualforce.  
  • Ability to query data by using SQL, SOQL.  
  • Experience working with a Customer Success Management software (ideally Gainsight).  
  • Experience with Agile project management & Scrum.
