Roles and Responsibilities:
 
·       Deploying, managing, and configuring Splunk environment in both nix* and Windows platforms. 
·       Data onboarding and integrating Splunk with other technologies (Nexpose, Aws, O365, etc.) 
·       Testing and deploying Splunk use cases for SIEM implementation. 
·       Supports, monitors, and manages the Splunk SIEM environment by Installation, configuration, and administration. 
·       Design, develop, and create custom correlation rules within the Security Information and Event Management SIEM Experience. 
·       Troubleshooting Splunk front-end and back-end issues. 
·       Working on Splunk tickets/Incidents request from other teams. 
·       Developing customized dashboards, reports, alerts, etc. 
·        Building/customizing Splunk Technology Apps and Add-ons to extract fields and data model mapping 
·       Fine-tuning and optimizing Splunk by identifying faulty source types and data streams. 
·       The Security architect will be a highly technical and creative contributor translating secure and reliable security solutions into actual deployments.
·       Should be able to create and maintain security standards by creating templates and patterns for ease of use and increase the effectiveness of the security program
·       Reviewing and Design of Technical security Architectures and Patterns
·       Reviewing Information security policies and procedures identify gaps, consolidating information security policies, and procedures into group policy.
·       Excellent communication skills.
·       Ability to Independently handle and drive critical projects
