As a Social Media Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Strategic Services team. The purpose of this team is to add additional value to our customer base, across all segments and empower them to be better social media managers. The primary responsibility of the Social Media Analyst is to assist the Strategic Services Team in the production of various customer-facing reports and research projects, by undertaking data analysis. The tasks will involve producing KPI reports for Falcon.io’s global customer base, which is mostly focused around social media metrics. Alongside, you will also be working with broader digital, CRM, and paid metrics, as well as adoption analyses. As part of the Strategic Services team and Customer Experience department, your role will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data related to social media marketing - this may also include broader digital metrics, and paid metrics.
  • Use a mix of data sources to generate monthly and quarterly performance reports, as well as audits for customers.
  • Keeping yourself updated on industry trends.
  • Support in innovating and expanding the scope of current reporting services to our customers.
  • Work with adoption data metrics and trends, and data from a range of internal sources (e.g. CRM, platform, etc.).
  • Play a vital role in case sparring across the Strategic Services team, and provide input towards strategic goal setting and success plans of customers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and provide strong business recommendations for improvement and growth.
  • Fluency in English language
  • Proven track record of Data Analysis and Insight Generation, as well as advanced skills with Excel (graphing, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint (template).
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Analytics - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and more (Paid metrics on same, e.g. Facebook Ads Manager). · Proficiency in analyzing data and generating insights using tools like Falcon.io, Radian6, Sysomos, Brandwatch, Simply Measured (beneficial)
  • Understanding of other digital channels (web analytics e.g. Google Analytics, paid media, CRM, etc.) (beneficial)
  • Passion for our product and curiosity to link use cases to business and SoMe ROI
