Duties Include:
Provide technical input and tactical direction
Assist team in driving out business requirements that connect to enterprise solutions with clear justification and impact
Assist team to develop solutions that scale globally and consider all global requirements
Contribute to strategic roadmaps maps for Enterprise technology tool sets in partnership with Architecture and Service Owners.
Socialize solution thinking and approach within the SD team and wider IT audience
Provide innovation and innovative thinking to the team
Support improvement and increased user satisfaction through ongoing focus on key performance indicators.
Participate in the development platform lifecycle management roadmaps and associated materials
Contribute to project initiatives through project planning and work plan development. Assist with delivery within the scope of the Solutions Delivery organization
Contribute to strategy, policies and service delivery objectives and best practices for the design and delivery of end user support solutions in partnership with executive mgmt. and service owners. 
Contribute to the development of processes to deliver excellent service and project delivery in a global matrix operating / model environment
Help ensure consistent and reliable IT customer service to the company

  • Required Skills, Experience, & Education:
  • ·        2+ years of technical experience in a mid-sized distributed environment required
  • ·        1 year of end user services / operations experience required
  • ·        ITIL Foundations v3 or higher desired
  • ·        Prior desktop platform refresh / roll-out experience in a larger, global company preferred
  • ·        Experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, Okta, and Office 365 deployments preferred
  • ·        Experience with a LAN/WAN technologies preferred
  • ·        Experience with Voice and Call center tools is a plus
  • ·        Experience with enterprise application management tools is a plus
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory preferred
  • Experience with Collaboration tool deployments such as OneDrive, Teams, Zoom etc. required
  • Experience working on a global team is a plus
