Where to start in social media? It’s a common question for many marketers – especially those in small business – that are new to social media but want to tap into the channel to engage customers and prospects.
A good rule of thumb is to start by listening. What does that mean? Do some searches on some of the major social media platforms and see if anyone is talking about you, your products or your industry. If there seems to be traction, then this might be a place to start.
