A Tool to Help you Better Optimize Your News
One of our ongoing missions at PRWeb, is to help customers think about their news as more than a text-based story.
Over the years, the press release has evolved into something far more powerful. Today it is a tool that leverages multiple channels, including search and social, to enhance distribution and uses a variety of content, including images and video, to enhance the audience experience.
As part of this ongoing mission, we have engaged in a variety of ways with customers to provide them with best practices and recommendations for how to take full advantage of PRWeb. Our stream of white papers and webinars, as well as our incredible customer support team, have all been oriented in this direction.
Today we are excited to announce the availability of a new tool, designed to provide customers with automated analysis and recommendations on their news release so that they can take full advantage of all the online benefits that PRWeb has to offer. Here is how it works:
First, input your release into our news release builder as you have in the past. When you are ready to analyze your release, click on the button in the left column that reads, “Make it Better!”
Click “Make it Better” to Access the Tool
You will be prompted to enter primary and secondary keywords, which we will use in our analysis.
Enter your target keywords
Finally, our tool will analyze your release and provide you with a report that contains scores and recommendations in four key areas: content, links, keywords and multimedia.
The news release report
You can then close out the report, tweak your release as you see fit and re-run the report or if you’re ready to move on, submit your release.
The recommendations in the report are based on a combination of industry best practices as well as our own insights, gained from analyzing the performance of countless releases distributed over PRWeb. The recommendations in the report are likely to evolve over time however we feel confident that the current report will help your releases travel further, engage readers to a greater extent and ultimately, maximize the bottom-line value of PRWeb for your business.
