With Viralheat Sentiment Analysis, you have the ability to view sentiment of all the tweets from people directly interacting with your Twitter account. Glance at the top of the screen, to see the total sentiment for direct interactions – Viralheat has a positive sentiment of 69%, 6% negative sentiment, and 25% neutral sentiment. This sentiment is of the 18 interactions shown on the screen. If you scroll through the stream, the sentiment and total number of tweets will adjust as they load.

 

Understand the Sentiment of All Mentions
By using Twitter Search to surface any mentions of phrases, words, or products associated with your brand, you’ll find the sentiment of each tweet as well as the total sentiment surrounding those tweets. You can also use this to compare your sentiment with competitors by searching for keywords associated their brand. In the image above, the search term “Nikon” was entered, all tweets containing the search word are pulled and sentiment was assigned.
