61% of people feel better about a company that delivers custom content and are more likely to buy from that company. Studies have shown that consumers find blog posts and white papers to be more convincing than press releases and traditional advertisements. Why not start promoting your blog posts and case studies to your fans and followers online?

B2B Marketers invest around 26% of their total budgets on content marketing. Small businesses allocate an even larger share. According to Strategy Analytics, marketers are on track to spend $152 Billion dollars this year (26% of that spend is $38 Billion). Yet, content marketing is still a cost effective way to tell your brand’s story with most of the content being promoted on social media sites and then shared amongst fans and followers of that brand.

9 out of 10 organizations market with content marketing. PR & Marketing people alike are realizing that producing fresh content is also a great way to get noticed on the search engines. With Google rewarding unique content on its search engine results pages, it’s more vital than ever to include content marketing in your communications program to keep your company near the top of the rankings.

60% of B2B Marketers say they plan on spending more on content marketing over the next 12 months. With the emergence of social data, it’s becoming easier to target your audience with content that is relevant to their interests. Marketers are allocating more of their time and money to create multiple pieces of relevant content for each campaign to make sure they are grabbing their consumers’ attention.
