As social media took off and became a staple for all marketing departments, the need for social media management tools arose. How to Get Started with Groups
1. Locate the Publishing button at the top right hand corner and click on it. 2. The Publishing box will appear where you can craft your message, select the accounts or groups to post to, or create a new group.
3. Once you have clicked on + Add a Group, you’ll be directed to a new page where you can name your group and add accounts to the group. Once the group is set up how you like, click save. Your groups will now be saved in the system for posting efficiency.
4. After you have saved the group to Viralheat, click on the publishing button. Hover over the blue groups icon to select a group to publish to.
