PRSA 2012 International Conference: Seek or Shout Flash Mob

Handling Comms During COVID-19? We've compiled our best resources.

This is a post by Sam George, intern on Cision’s social media team. Special thanks to Cision’s Creative Services team for editing this clip.

With a brief rekindling of the 60s Twist and Shout fad, Cision staff and PRSSA members twisted their way onto YouTube at the PRSA 2012 International Conference in San Francisco.

The Seek or Shout platform was the focus of this flash mob, as the group danced to Twist  and Shout and updated the lyrics to Seek or Shout while handling out flyers for the platform.  Seek or Shout is a community for anyone who creates or promotes content, including bloggers, journalists, freelance writers, public relations pros, marketers and students. Users can Seek – post content, sources or information that they are looking for – or Shout – talk about content they would like to promote to other users.

If joining another platform scares you, take a look at some feedback from our Twitter friends:

Go forth and Seek or Shout!
