Viralheat’s APIs Help Bring Social to Applications

Talk to the Manager integrated with the Viralheat Sentiment API to provide its customers sentiment data based on text messages they receive through the customer service phone number. The sentiment data is then available to view and analyze on the Talk to the Manager dashboard. Customers of Talk to the Manager can pinpoint trends in positive or negative sentiment of text messages to understand what days of the week or hours of the day produce the most negative text messages. This information can in turn help increase the level of service and general brand loyalty and sentiment for a company.
