In addition to these insights, Raj and Amy shared some great case studies to bring these ideas to life.
Raj talked about how Men’s Wearhouse was able to increase their social following 75x through expanding from one-way marketing into two-way marketing. Once Men’s Wearhouse started monitoring the social conversations, they were able to interact with their target audience more appropriately and drive higher engagement and positive brand sentiment.
Amy shared how Forbes saw a 100% increase in newly registered users with social login. Further, 67% of their new registered users are using social login and Forbes has seen a 60% increase in comment activity on their site after implementing the Gigya solution.
