Walmart Canada and Rogers Media teamed up to publish this in-store made-for-moms-by-moms guide featuring frugal shopping tips for readers looking for recipe ideas, home decor items, nutrition advice and beauty tips.

As a cooking guide with a twist, this magazine was launched with the goal of not only helping its readers save time in the kitchen, but also providing budget-minded cooks with tips on how to provide a meal for “a family of four for $12 or less.”
