Viralheat now supports Foursquare!

With that in mind, Viralheat is happy to announce the newest integration to our social management suite: Foursquare.  This integration allows businesses to connect their Foursquare account(s) to monitor, manage, publish, and engage on Foursquare Venues and Pages all from the Viralheat dashboard. 

People are constantly checking into their locations and sharing candid, honest feedback with their friends and followers.  The Foursquare integration allows businesses to identify these conversations and create relationships, offer discounts and deals, or reply to negative and positive feedback.

Monitor

When you connect your Foursquare account(s) to the Viralheat dashboard, you can easily monitor the conversations happening on your Pages and Venues.  Keep track of what people are saying about your brand (positive or negative) so you can act accordingly. Remember, conversations on social platforms are often honest feedback, so it’s important to know what people are staying in real-time.

 

Publishing

Publish to any of your connected Foursquare Venues and Pages directly from the Viralheat publishing dashboard: schedule posts in advance, share images, include links to promotions, and more. Users are more likely to try or look into a business if there is something enticing them to learn more so be sure to share things that will pull interest.


 

Engagement

Now that you’ve located the conversations and shared a promotion, it’s time to interact with your audience.  View mentions and comments left on your Venues and Pages from your Smart Stream and directly engage with consumers through likes, comments, replies, shares, and more. You can also view the sentiment and purchase intent from all social mentions so you can better prioritize your actions.
