Visible helps clients get to results faster with January 2014 release
I will admit it. We are an excitable group here at Visible when it comes to social media and technology. We decided to kick off 2014 with an action-packed collection of new capabilities for our hardworking, time-strapped clients. Our January 2014 Visible Intelligence release features enhancements that save time and provide valuable insights so you can look like a social media rock star. New features include:

- Word exclusions from word clouds: Get rid of those unwanted words.
- Easy segment comparisons: Gauge commonalities/differences in a snap.
- Enhanced APIs and data exports: The data you need at your fingertips.
- Ability to select time zones for scheduled posts: Easier publishing for global teams.
My favorite new feature is the ability to quickly and easily compare segments to instantly gauge differentiating themes between target segments, product attributes or purchase categories. Talk about at-a-glance insights!
So imagine that you are a brand manager interested in key topics discussed among brand detractors as compared to brand advocates, or maybe drilling into key audience segments for your brand such as moms and teens. You can now easily compare any two segments to see terms that they have in common and those that are differentiating terms.
The possibilities for comparisons are endless. For example, you can dive into differences among consumers based on where they are in the buying cycle or compare and contrast satisfied and dissatisfied customers. Product development teams can analyze conversations including “I Want” or “I Wish” to better understand unmet needs for products.
